If you live in the central part of Taiwan, you'll know that the rain keeps falling, and falling for three days straight now. According to the news, Lugang is completely flooded. Experiencing a bit of Cabin Fever, we took a drive out to the River near Ershuei to see how much water was coming down. It ceased raining only for a few minutes while I took this shot, but on the way back to car, I was stuck in another torrential downpour.
