Yes, this man is carrying a lot of sweaters on his scooter. This is on Highway 19 North of Tainan, Taiwan. In case you were wondering, I had to brighten up this photo a little bit, because the foreground was sort of dark as it was taken looking west in the late afternoon. My wife took the picture out the passenger side while we were driving.
