Stefania - Buongiorno.I found this beautiful picture in the web while I was looking for these strange water chestnut ( Ling-Jiao)or water caltrop ( Castagna d' acqua in Italian TRAPA NATANS latin name)
I write for an Italian web site ...only for passion, it's not my job! In this web we talk about all the beautiful places and things to discover in this little part of Italy , between Milan and como lake , where I live.
We write about little trekking, museums, fests, traditions and also wild herb to collect and cook.... I'm zia Ste in the web and you can see also my recipies and herbs in it.
Now , I must write something about this water chestnut we have in our minor lakes but that nobody eat any more here!!!!
I discovered Chinese people , Taiwan , and Japanise eats them as we eat chestnut.... so I want to published on our web the story of this strange fruit with some photo taken from the web from other places in the world where people use it.
So, Could I use your photo, writing the name of the author ant thanks to him / or her to permit us to use it?
