ChangHua Giant Budha / 2007-04-29 This is the Giant Buddha near ChangHua, Taiwan. The Buddha is 22 meters tall and was built in 1961 . Apparently it suffered a lot of damage during the 9/21/1999 earthquake and had to be rebuilt to the tune of $12.5 million NT. | |||
