Jong Shin Scooter Ballons / 2007-10-13 15:03:48 Jong Shin Village ( 中興新村 ) is a retirement community in Central Taiwan, Nantou County for retired KMT military and their family. The village is mostly empty during the week, but fills up on the weekends with vacationers and daytrippers. Here a bicycle is loaded up with balloons for sale at a festival event on Sunday Afternoon.
